WildRye Distilling was founded in 2013 with a simple idea: to craft a truly Montana bourbon using sweet corn (the kind you buy at your local grocery store) grown on our multi-generational family farm in southwest Montana. That idea became our flagship, Five Drops Bourbon, and the starting point for a growing portfolio of spirits inspired by the land we call home.

From rugged peaks to river valleys, Montana’s natural abundance fuels everything we do. We source local, non-GMO grains, fruits, and botanicals—from Flathead cherries and Montana barley to juniper berries, honey, and beet sugar—to create spirits that reflect the beauty and boldness of Big Sky Country.

Today, our handcrafted lineup includes everything from bourbon and rye to Old Tom Gin, vodka, rum, and seasonal specialties - each made in Bozeman, Montana, and built for those who value the experience as much as the destination.
