About This Show
Jeffrey Martin has been reaching for quiet and stories since he was a kid hiding under thecovers with a Discman. He wrote his way through a writing degree, a teaching degree, andyears of high school English classes filled with unruly brilliance, all while making records andplaying shows whenever he could. Eventually, he left teaching to follow the same dream heencouraged his students to chase. After releasingThank God We Left the Garden, he recordedAlive July 25, 2025, a no-edits live album captured in Portland with Sam Weber. Jeffrey toursfull time now, still missing teaching like an old friend he’ll meet again.
